Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory typically produces chocolate candies, candy apples and other confectionery products in full view of the customer using traditional cooking utensils such as copper kettles on gas-fired stoves and marble slab cooling tables. These products include many varieties of clusters, caramels, creams, mints and truffles. During Christmas, Easter and Valentine’s Day holiday seasons; the Company may make as many as 100 additional items. At any time candies or apples offered may be packaged specially designed for any special occasion.
